Yaşalar manages tooling and fixture design and manufacturing processes through an integrated engineering approach tailored to customer-specific requirements. At every stage of the design process, the functional requirements and quality criteria of the product are prioritized.
The tooling design process begins based on the 2D and 3D CAD data provided by the customer. During this process, the product’s functional requirements, critical surface and edge analyses, and tolerance values are thoroughly evaluated, while the technical infrastructure is established in line with manufacturing requirements.
Within our advanced manufacturing infrastructure, all tooling components are produced with high precision using CNC milling, turning, and Wire EDM technologies. Following machining and assembly operations, the tools are prepared for initial sample production.
All tooling processes are carried out with the accuracy required to ensure that the final product meets the defined quality standards. After the completion of initial sample production and quality control processes, the tools are submitted for customer approval, followed by the transition to mass production upon approval.
