Tool & Fixture Design Production

In the product tool design process, we establish an agreement with the customer regarding the provision of 3D and 2D CAD data for the product. This includes identifying the functional and critical edges and surfaces of the components, as well as determining quantity requirements. Additionally, we conduct analyses on the technical drawing tolerances of the products.

At Yaşalar, we manufacture all sub-parts of the tool using our advanced production line and high-tech CNC machines, including CNC milling, turning, and EDM. Following the assembly and lapping processes, we prepare all tools for the first sample.

All tool work carried out by our company is aimed at producing the final product to perfection and meeting high-quality standards. Once the review process is completed, the tool is submitted for customer approval and is made ready for mass production upon receiving their consent.
